On an unnamed moon at the edge of Realm space orbits the homeworld of the Hexagota. Under a freezing methane smog are vast alien hive cities. At the heart of every hive is a queen; issuing psychic commands to their queenling commanders and plotting against the other queens for total dominance. Every swarm is a sea of sharp chitin and cold ferocity with a single mandate: expand. With clarity of purpose the Hexagota have taken to the stars and no world is truly safe from their grasp.
